For technical questions and support requests:

Discussion guidelines

  • Recommended practices

Discussion lifecycle

  • Moderation

    Discussions are moderated to ensure a constructive community. Violations may result in:

    •   Warning
    •   Comment removal
    •   Discussion locking
    •   Restrictions

  • States

    Discussions follow a lifecycle to help manage community engagement. Common states include:

    •   created - New discussion posted
    •   active - Community engagement
    •   answered - Solution provided (questions)
    •   resolved - Conclusion reached
    •   locked - If needed for moderation
